There comes a moment — sometimes quietly, sometimes with an ache — or with a roar – when a woman realises she has been living at a distance from herself.

She may be capable, caring, and deeply giving.  She may have spent years tending to others — family, work, relationships — often without the same care being offered back to her.

This work is not about fixing what might feel broken.  It is about remembering what has never been lost.

Many women come, not because something is wrong, but because they sense a longing for nourishment — for a connection with their core self, for a beautiful, caring space in which they can soften, breathe, and simply be met exactly where they are.  A place to learn, and just as importantly, to unlearn what has kept them from themselves.

Here, there is no expectation to perform or to prove.

No pressure to arrive in a particular way.  Only an invitation to receive — presence, kindness, and a deeper connection to the living intelligence of your body and heart.

Over the years, this work has been offered as a gift between women — sisters, mothers, daughters, even grandmothers —“come with me” – not because it is needed, but because it is life-giving and deeply healing.

Everyone is different, with some people not able to say their name, but for most, no, it’s not

We invite you to share your name and briefly, why you came and how you want to leave on Sunday night!

Some people get what they came for in the first hour, others in the last hour.  Lots of surprises (all wonderful) and so, like Father Christmas it would spoil it if you knew in advance the magic of the program.

Lots of learning, unlearning, laughter, (maybe tears), and by Sunday night, a sense of wholeness.

The workshop runs from 9am to 6pm Saturday, 8am to 5pm Sunday.

No prior experience is needed at all. You can come exactly as you are, whether this is your first personal development workshop or part of an ongoing journey.

The workshop is suitable for adult women of all ages. Women at different life stages often gain unique insights and value from the experience.

It’s completely normal for emotions to come up during the process. You’ll be supported in a safe and respectful environment where you can express yourself in your own way.

Bring comfortable clothing, an open mind and heart and a willingness to explore.  Plus a bottle of water.

If you feel there is something more for you, or a part of you is seeking change or clarity, this workshop may be exactly what you need. Often that quiet inner nudge is the best indicator.
